We’re stoked you’re interested in getting some ink from us! Before we get started, there are a few things we need to cover. Don’t worry, we’ll keep it straightforward. Here’s the fine print (with a touch of fun, of course):
1. Booking Your Appointment
• It’s Easy, But… To secure your spot, you’ll need to pay a deposit. This isn’t just a formality – it’s our way of making sure you’re serious about getting your dream tattoo.
• Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable. If life happens and you need to reschedule, don’t sweat it! Just give us a heads-up at least 48 hours in advance, and we’ll work with you to find another time.
• Cancelation Policy: If you don’t show up to your appointment without letting us know, your deposit is forfeit. We get it, things come up, but communication is key.
2. Pricing
• You Get What You Pay For: Quality work requires quality materials, time, and skill. We charge a standard rate of $180/hour, with full-day sessions available for bigger projects. Your deposit goes toward your total session cost, so no surprises here!
• Consultation Fees: If you’re unsure about the design, let’s chat! Consultations are free, but if you want to dive deeper into the details (like custom design work), we’ll set up a paid consultation to cover our time.
3. Aftercare
• Don’t Skip the TLC: Your tattoo is a work of art, and just like any masterpiece, it needs the right care. We’ll provide aftercare instructions, but remember – following them is crucial to keeping your tattoo looking fresh.
• No Swimming for a While: Avoid swimming pools, lakes, or any large bodies of water until your tattoo is fully healed (about 2–4 weeks). Your tattoo will thank you.
4. Custom Designs
• Bring Your Ideas to Life: We love creating custom tattoos! If you’ve got an idea, let’s chat. I’ll work with you to design something that’s as unique as you are. Keep in mind, designing takes time, so be patient with us!
• No Copying: We don’t do copycat tattoos. If you want something inspired by another design, that’s cool – but we’ll make it completely original for you.
5. Age & Consent
• Gotta Be 18+: If you’re under 18, sorry, we can’t tattoo you. No exceptions. You gotta be of legal age to get inked in Washington, and that means at least 18 years old. No parental consent here!
• Consent is Key: By booking your appointment, you’re giving us the green light to create some art. If at any point you feel uncomfortable, just let us know. We want this to be a positive experience for both of us.
6. Health & Safety
• Keep it Clean: We take hygiene seriously. All equipment is sanitized to the highest standards, so you can relax and enjoy the process. If you’re feeling sick or under the weather, please reschedule. We’ll take care of you when you’re feeling your best!
• No Tattos While Under the Influence: We’re not here to judge, but we need you to be sober while getting inked. This ensures that you’re in the right state of mind to make decisions and that you’ll heal properly afterward.
7. Privacy & Your Artwork
• Your Info is Safe with Us: We respect your privacy, so we won’t share your personal details with anyone. We may share your tattoo on our social media, but only if you give us the thumbs up first!
• Tattoo Ownership: While we may post photos of your tattoo, the design itself belongs to you – but we also reserve the right to use it for portfolio and promotional purposes (with your permission, of course!).
8. Be Cool, Be Kind
• We’re Here to Make Magic: Tattooing is an art, and it’s a collaboration. We’re all about creating a chill, respectful environment. Treat each other with kindness and positivity – no drama allowed!
